With a collective 45 years of real estate experience, the founders of Pasture Holdings, working together over the past 3 years, have purchased more than 10,000 acres of raw land across the US and forced its appreciation through subdivision and development. include: owner finance from property seller, bank financing, investor capital raise or a combination of any of these

Value Add

Force property appreciation value through utilities upgrades, subdivision, other property upgrades and / or capital improvements

Sell

After "buying by the ranch," the subdivided lots
are sold individually "by the pasture" through our network of realtors, brokers and list of interested buyers
