With a collective 45 years of real estate experience, the founders of Pasture Holdings, working together over the past 3 years, have purchased more than 10,000 acres of raw land across the US and forced its appreciation through subdivision and development. We call it “Buying by the Ranch and Selling by the Pasture,” which means that when we purchase large ranches or tracts of land and split them into more management sizes, Pasture Holdings makes the dream of land ownership affordable to the everyday person.

Thorough due diligence on the property is done to make sure it meets Pasture Holdings' high investment criteria for successful capital returns
Negotiation
Negotiate contracts:
Flexible financing options
include: owner finance from property seller, bank financing, investor capital raise or a combination of any of these
Value Add
Force property appreciation value through utilities upgrades, subdivision, other property upgrades and / or capital improvements
Sell
After "buying by the ranch," the subdivided lots
are sold individually "by the pasture" through our network of realtors, brokers and list of interested buyers
